4 cups mini marshmallows

½ cup unsalted butter
⅓ cup milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
