‘Brunch-table stealers’—Just 3 ingredients. I keep serving these because people grab them by the handful.

Cinnamon roll bites are my go-to weekend treat when I want something sweet and comforting, yet easy to make. Growing up in the Midwest, cinnamon rolls were a staple at family gatherings, but sometimes I just don’t have the time to make them from scratch. These 3-ingredient bites capture all the gooey deliciousness without the fuss, perfect for a quick breakfast or a cozy afternoon snack.
These cinnamon roll bites are delightful on their own, but if you’re looking to round out your breakfast or brunch, try serving them with a fresh fruit salad or a yogurt parfait. A hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk pairs perfectly with these sweet treats.
3-Ingredient Cinnamon Roll Bites
Servings: 12 bites
Ingredients
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into four pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Roll each piece of biscuit dough in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.
Place the coated dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the cinnamon roll bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
