Ingredients
2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping at the base. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly, resting it on top of the shell.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
