Ingredients

• 1-16 oz container of fat-free Cool Whip (thawed)
• 1-small package of fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1-small package of sugar free orange jello
• 1-20 oz can of crushed pineapple (undrained)
• 1-16 oz can of mandarin oranges (drained)
