Cut a piece of cardboard or plywood to match the diameter of the bottle circle and place it on top.

Cut a cushion foam to the same size as the top of the ottoman and place it on the cardboard.

Cover the foam with fabric, pulling it tightly over the edges. Secure the fabric underneath with a staple gun or fabric glue.

Optionally, you can also cover the sides of the bottles with fabric for a more polished look.

There are several variations you can try with this project. For a more rustic look, consider using burlap or jute fabric. If you prefer a more luxurious feel, choose a velvet or suede material. You can also adjust the size of the ottoman by using more or fewer bottles, depending on your space requirements.
