Cover the cups loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is set and nicely chilled. For best texture, serve within 24 hours.
Just before serving, you can top with a small dollop of extra whipped cream or a few chocolate shavings if you happen to have them, though the mousse is perfectly good plain.
