These 5-ingredient no-bake cheesecake cups are my secret weapon on those weeknights when I want something homemade and a little fancy, but my energy level is firmly in sweatpants mode. Cheesecake has always felt like a “special occasion” dessert to me—my mom would bake one for holidays and big family dinners—but the whole water bath, cracking-top drama is just not happening after a full workday. These cups give you all the creamy, tangy cheesecake vibes without turning on the oven or dirtying a million dishes. They’re perfect for meal-prepped desserts, last-minute guests, or when you just want something sweet that feels a little more grown-up than a store-bought cookie.
These cheesecake cups are great on their own, but I love turning them into a little dessert bar when we have friends over. Set them out with bowls of fresh berries, sliced peaches, or a quick berry compote so everyone can top their own. They pair really nicely with a cup of coffee or tea after dinner, and they’re light enough to follow a heavier meal like pasta or a casserole. If you’re serving them at a cookout, they’re a fun alternative to pie—especially with a side of fresh fruit salad or a simple green salad to keep things balanced. For a more indulgent spread, you can add some chocolate squares, nuts, or even a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side for the kids (and honestly, for the adults too).
5-Ingredient No-Bake Cheesecake Cups
Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full sheets)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
1/3–1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
Directions
Make the crust: In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture looks like damp sand and holds together when pressed between your fingers.
Portion the crust: Divide the crumb mixture evenly among 6 small jars, cups, or ramekins. Use the back of a spoon (or your fingers) to press the crumbs firmly into the bottom of each cup to form a crust layer. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese: In a separate medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the sugar. Using a hand mixer (or a sturdy whisk and some elbow grease), beat until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and the sugar is mostly dissolved, 1–2 minutes. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Whip the cream: In another bowl, pour in the cold heavy whipping cream. Beat with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 2–4 minutes. The cream should be thick enough to hold its shape when you lift the beaters.
